1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of bumblebee.buzz and its streaming companion services. By using the site or integrating Bumblebee with your stream, you agree to these terms.

2. Account & Subscriptions

• Free and paid tiers are available: Basic (free), Pro ($10/month or $100/year), and Premium ($25/month or $250/year).
• Early Access pricing is locked in for 12 months from signup.*
• Users can cancel or change tiers at any time via the Stripe customer portal.
• Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

3. Digital Goods

• Digital avatars (chat puppets) are sold individually or in bundles through our shop.
• Prices typically range from $1.50 each or $5 for a 5-pack.
• No refunds are offered for digital goods unless required by law.

4. AI and TTS Usage

Premium users receive "Unlimited AI and TTS usage"**, subject to fair-use ceilings. If exceeded, you may supply your own API keys to continue usage.

5. Platform Integration

Bumblebee interacts with third-party platforms like Twitch, YouTube, and Discord. You must comply with their terms when using our services.

6. Content & Liability

All avatar art is created in-house. We do not support user-submitted content. Bumblebee responses may be generated using AI. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or appropriateness of these responses and disclaim all liability.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of major changes by email or website notice.

8. Trademarks

“Bumblebee™” is a proprietary trademark of HiveTech LLC. You may not use this term or any confusingly similar variant without express written permission.

** "Unlimited" usage is subject to reasonable limits; API key substitution is available beyond cap.
